Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
- Information Collected: Personal details (e.g., name, email, payment info) and browsing/usage data.
- Use of Information: To provide and improve services, process payments, personalize experiences, and send updates.
- Microsoft Clarity & Advertising: We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. This information is also used for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. For more information, see the
Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Google Analytics & Advertising Services: We also use Google Analytics and related Google advertising services to understand how visitors engage with our site, measure performance, and deliver more relevant ads. Google may collect information such as your IP address, device/browser details, and activity on our site via cookies or similar technologies. This data helps us analyze trends, optimize the website, and improve advertising effectiveness. To learn more about how Google collects and uses information, please visit the
Google Privacy Policy. You can control ad personalization and Analytics tracking via
Google Ad Settings or install the
Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- HubSpot (Forms, CRM, Emails & Tracking): We use HubSpot to power our forms (including our official HubSpot sign-up form), emails, CRM, and some site analytics. When you submit a form or interact with pages that include HubSpot scripts, HubSpot may process contact details (e.g., name, email), device/IP and usage data, and cookie identifiers to deliver the service, secure the platform, and provide analytics.
Roles: For data we collect through our site and manage in HubSpot, we (Dinger.VIP) are the controller and HubSpot acts as our processor under HubSpot’s Data Processing Agreement. In limited cases (e.g., HubSpot’s tracking code and HubSpot’s professional enrichment dataset), HubSpot may act as an independent controller—see HubSpot’s policy for details and opt-outs.
Links & Rights: Learn more at the
HubSpot Privacy Policy. After sign-up, confirmation emails will come from vipservice@dinger.vip. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser and follow HubSpot’s instructions for additional privacy requests (access, deletion, opt-outs).
- Sharing: We do not sell personal data. We may share data with trusted partners who support our services.
- Security: We implement safeguards and comply with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA, as applicable.
- Your Choices: You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. You may also manage cookie settings and limit tracking through your browser, Google Ad Settings, or the opt-out tools linked above.
- Updates: We may revise this policy; continued use indicates acceptance.
