Deposits: Founding Member deposits are refundable until launch. At launch, the deposit will be applied toward the first month of membership once billing is set up again.
Launch Confirmation: At launch, members will receive an email to confirm membership at the discounted Jetsetter or Executive rate. Members must complete billing setup at this time to activate their membership. The deposit will be applied to the first month’s fee, and the lifetime discount will be secured. If no response is received, the membership will not move forward and the deposit will not be refunded until the member provides a response.
Lifetime Benefits: Founding Members receive lifetime savings and early access as outlined at signup. These benefits are tied to the active operation of Dinger.VIP and may be discontinued if the company ceases operations.
Fees: After launch, ongoing membership fees are billed as agreed at checkout once billing setup is completed.
Conduct: Members agree to treat staff, partners, and other members with respect.
Termination: We may suspend or cancel membership for violations of this Agreement or the Terms of Use.
